Our vision is to build a safe community where individuals living with kidney disease have access to all forms of support, information relating to treatment(s), and lifestyle for a better quality of life.

Our Mission
As we move into the next phase of our history, Dovaheights Renal Support Group is committed to providing a continuum of services, programs and mental support that improves the overall health of individuals living with kidney disease.
Our focus will be on Prevention, Education, Empowerment and Financial Subsidy, while reaching out to all at-risk and affected individuals, forming a strong community of strength and support for each other.
Prevention
Too many at-risk families, individuals, and patients do not have the necessary resources to understand their risk factors for kidney disease, or fully take charge of their health. Dovaheights Renal Support Group works to prevent kidney disease by providing community education, encouraging families to seek testing, and plays an active role in their health management.
Education
One out of every eight Nigerians are at a high risk of developing kidney disease and awareness of this serious health risk remains limited.
Dovaheights Renal Support Group is committed to helping communities understand the importance of their kidney and aims to help families proactively care for their health.
Empowerment
For many patients and families, managing a diagnosis of kidney disease and finding useful healthcare information is daunting. Dovaheights Renal Support Group stands with patients and ensures they are not alone. We work to connect them to resources, physicians, treatment options and empower them to be advocates for their own health.
Financial Subsidy
Too many have lost their lives or that of dear ones owing to financial constraints.
Dovaheights Renal Support group is committed to embarking on fundraising projects to ensure their burden is lighter. Donations from individuals and different bodies are welcome to support this initiative further.
