Dr. Jerry Oputa

About Me:

Jerry Chidiaso Oputa is a medical doctor who received his undergraduate training at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, from whence also, he obtained his certificate (MBBS Lagos; 2018). He subsequently underwent his medical internship training within the Lagos State Health Service Commission, during which period he worked at the General Hospital Lagos, Lagos Island Maternity Hospital and Massey Street Children Hospital. He volunteered under the auspices of the Lagos State Health Service Commission to render emergency health care services during the COVID-19 pandemic, an invaluable experience which helped to hone his emergency response skills and galvanize the rudiments of general practice. He considers renal replacement therapy an indispensable aspect of medicine and is passionate about the wellness of patients who require such treatments to thrive. He is the last of three children born to Mr. Steve Nnani Oputa and Mrs Dorothy Chibudo Oputa. He is happily married.
