Bassey Stella A. is a professional Nurse with about 9yrs experience in Clinical practice, having acquired this in different sectors of Clinical Healthcare.
Up until now, Stella has worked as a Dialysis Nurse at St.Nicholas Hospital Lagos Island where she specialised and acquired 7yrs of quality experience in the management and care of patients living with Kidney failure/end stage Renal Disease , Dialysis treatment and other procedures relating to the care of renal impairment like Plasma Apheresis. Stella has also worked formerly as a General Nurse in some other medical Facilities like Our Lady Catholic Hospital Iseyin,Oyo state, Chironna Medical Centre and Robertson Medical Centre both in Surulere Lagos, where she discharged quality Patient care, assisted in several kinds of Surgeries, and conducted Admission and Discharge procedures according to each hospital policy.
Prior to the above, Stella had also worked at a Clinic/ Ultrasound Diagnostic Center( HICI, TBS Lagos) as a Head Nurse, where she acquired skills and performed Basic Obstetric Ultrasound sound, ECG, CTG,Cardiovascular Risk Assessment and assisted in Echocardiography.
Stella holds a degree in Bachelor of Nursing sciences (BNSC), a Registered Nurse (RN) withthe Nursing a d MidwiferyCouncilof Nigeria, Certificate in Dialysis Nursing (CDN), a Certification in Biology/ Chemistry Education (NCE).
